Fertility Care Scotland is a charity with 20 fertility experts throughout Scotland who work on a voluntary basis helping couples to understand and appreciate their fertility. We teach The Billings Ovulation Method® of Natural Fertility Regulation, which helps them to understand the times of fertility and infertility. 
Women and couples are helped to recognise when they are most fertile in order to maximise their chances of achieving a pregnancy and The method can also be used to avoid pregnancy.  The Billings Ovulation Method® is as reliable as any method of contraception. 

The Method can be used at any time of a woman’s reproductive life from menarche to menopause, whether regular or irregular. Our service is free.
