This year carries special meaning. On Thursday 29 October 2026 we gather once more to pray for the unborn, for mothers in crisis, and for a culture that chooses life.
6.30pm: Rosary at the Mercat Building, Glasgow Cross (the very place where St John Ogilvie was martyred – whose 50th anniversary of canonisation we mark this October)
7pm: Procession through the city centre
7.30pm: Mass in St Andrew’s Cathedral (main celebrant: Fr Ross Campbell)
Every year this quiet witness draws people of all ages who simply want to stand for the dignity of every human life. The sight of hundreds of candles moving through the streets is both beautiful and deeply moving.
